The staff were incredibly nice and genuinely friendly. It had a marvellous and beautiful location close to Market Street and Union Square, China Town, and the Financial District. It also was near downtown.

It had ugly views.

The location here is fantastic, right next to a beautiful cathedral church, and the service is excellent, with convenient on-site parking available.

Ate at a nice restaurant with gluten-free options, which was so convenient. It's just a short 10-15 minute walk away from a cool modern art museum nearby! 🎨

The weather was wonderful, had very special stay for the last two nights of my stay. The room was top-notch and well-equipped, with a beautiful decor and a writing desk and a closet space for my comfort. The breakfast was sensational, plus the location was perfect.

The common areas were pretty and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always attentive and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious and offered a diverse range of choices. my stay was delightful and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was that the nearby restaurant on Fisherman's Wharf was not very vibrant in the late evening, which limited dining options.
